Jane Pearson, Spin Instructor and Cycling  Coach

Jane Pearson is a professional mountain biker, certified spin instructor and USA cycling coach. She has raced throughout the USA at pro level for the past five years. Jane has competed in and won countless endurance events and podium spots from regular cross country to the national ultra 100 mile off road race series. Jane's love for mountain biking & cycling in general and passion for maintaining optimum health began in her home country Great Britain. Leaving the fog behind she moved to the USA ten years ago and has been exploring and racing the great trails and roads of America ever since.

Jane knows training takes effort and time but it need not take all of one's time. Her training philosophy is to allow you to reach your health and fitness goals while keeping the rest of your life in balance. Whether you are a professional cyclist looking to take your training to the next level or just looking to pedal your way back into shape, Jane will help you spin, sweat and smile towards achieving your goals

My Sculpt class will train your muscles to elongate…not shorten and bulk!  For one hour, you will be moving, non stop through a series of my redesigned ballet and pilates style exercises. Music to me is an important motivator. Each week I will create an exciting soundtrack to keep your energy sky high!

TRX IS HERE!!!

TRX® Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX® device is attached to an anchor point.  Each participant then grabs the handles with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles.  One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for the different exercises.  Having the ability to change the body's angle allows one to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise.
